This Privacy Policy explains how The System: Hunter ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. It applies to the App published by Lukas Juodeikis.

By using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

Account identifier: when you first open the App, an anonymous account is created automatically so your progress can be saved. This account is identified by a randomly generated ID — no personal information is required to use the App.

Email address (optional): if you choose to secure your account, you provide an email and password so your progress can be restored on a new device. This is optional but recommended, since an anonymous account cannot be recovered if you lose access to your device.

Location data: while a Verified Walk or Run mission is active, the App reads your device's GPS location to measure the distance you cover. The App does not continuously track your location and does not collect location data outside an active Verified Walk or Run mission.

Gameplay data: mission completions, Rank, streak, achievements, and cosmetic ownership are stored against your account so your progress persists and to provide the core functionality of the App.

To let you recover your account on a new device, if you've secured it with an email.

To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your location data for advertising.

The App uses Supabase as its backend infrastructure provider, which stores your account and gameplay data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms. Supabase processes data on our behalf in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Sign in with Apple is not available in the current release. When it is added, this section will describe exactly what information Apple shares with us as part of that sign-in flow, and how it is used — nothing beyond the account-identifier purpose described above.

Google Sign In is not available in the current release. When it is added, this section will describe exactly what information is shared as part of that sign-in flow.

The App does not read from or write to Apple Health today — Verified Walk/Run distance is measured with GPS only. If HealthKit integration is added in a future update, this section will be updated before that update ships to describe exactly what health data is accessed and why, consistent with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.

The App offers optional in-app purchases of System Crystal, a cosmetic in-game currency, processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see or store your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.) — that information is handled directly by Apple.

We receive confirmation of a completed purchase (product purchased, amount, and a transaction identifier) from Apple in order to credit your account with the currency you bought. This purchase history is stored against your account the same way other gameplay data is.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.

Correct inaccurate information.

Request deletion of your data.

Request a copy of your data.

Withdraw consent where applicable.

You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.

You can decline location permission, but Verified Walk/Run missions will not be able to measure distance without it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
